A Day in Our School
Our school is a place of learning and fun. I spend most of my day in the classroom, which is a big, brightly lit room with a smart board and comfortable chairs. There’s a small shelf in the corner where our teacher keeps all the textbooks for history and science.
During lessons, we often work in groups, using the whiteboards on the walls to brainstorm ideas. I particularly enjoy our English class where we practice public speaking using a microphone.
My favorite place to visit is the library. It’s a quiet space on the second floor with tall bookshelves filled with novels and non-fiction books. There are also several computers available for students to do research.
I love to find a cozy spot near the large windows to read during my free time. The librarian, Ms. Dina, is always helpful and recommends new books to me.
After school, I am part of the school’s basketball club. We practice on the outdoor court behind the cafeteria twice a week. Our coach, Mr. Budi, always reminds us to work as a team. Being in the club is a great way to stay active and make new friends.
We are currently preparing for the school-wide tournament, and it’s a lot of hard work but also very exciting.
